Refund Replacement and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Purchasing an Item from WAMT

Items should be despatched by 1st class post (or sometimes by courier for Specialist items) within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (by a couple of days to allow for postal delays), then please contact us so that we can look into this for you and if appropriate send a replacement. We can send change the delivery address of any replacements if this would suit.

If you have not received you order.

If you ordered in enough time, but your order did not arrive on time, then I hope you will accept our apologies. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method. WAMT will wire a transfer to your bank account within ten (10) business days for cash, cash equivalent, and cheque transactions over £250. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Third party Products

Non-WAMT -branded products are sold by WAMT as is. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer for terms and conditions of the warranty.

Pricing

Should WAMT reduce its price on any WAMT product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

Export Notice

WAMT products are subject to export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Donations

Due to the nature of charity donations refunds are given at the discretion of our management team. If you do give a donation in error you will need to provide full details of your donation and show a copy of the email that was sent to you confirming the transaction has occurred. You will be refunded the amount of your donation less any costs that we incur. If you have any questions about our refund policy then please contact our office on 020 7251 9192

Membership

Should you wish to cancel your membership with WAMT we will require 30 days written notice. Any refund will be at the discretion of WAMTs Director.

If you wish to cancel your membership within the first fourteen working days please contact WAMTs office directly on 020 7251 9192 and a full refund will be given.

WAMT reserves the right to cancel membership without notice. Where a membership is cancelled the membership fee paid will be refunded based on the amount of months left before membership expired i.e. a person signs up to a twelve month membership at £30 after 3 months WMAT cancels the individuals membership. WAMT will refund £22.50 for the 9 month remaining on the membership.
