Mand Made is owned and run by a fully qualified female electrician, Mandy Reynolds. We are an electrical installation business, ‘Part P’ compliant and registered under the NICEIC Domestic Installer scheme. This means that we can write our own safety certificates to satisy Buildings Control regulations. When electrical work needs doing in the home, it is outside most householders’ experience and can make customers feel confused and vulnerable. We pride ourselves on being consultative with customers and never mind spending our time to explain the problem and solution clearly. It was this approachability, along with our excellent customer service and technical electrical expertise, that won Mand Made the accolade of Which? Local Business of the Year 2011.
