DIY WORKSHOPS

In October 2010, Women and Manual Trades will be running a series of one-day DIY Courses, designed to teach the basics in four different trades.

All courses take place from 10am – 4pm, are taught by professional tradeswomen. Each day costs £50.

CONSTUCTION DIVERSITY EXPO 2011

Following the success of the 2010 Construction Diversity Expo on 31st March, WAMT is currently preparing for the 2011 Expo, which will be held on 26th and 27th April next year. The event aims to address the under representation of women, disabled people and black and ethnic minorities in the construction sector.
